- Non-Refundability of Initial Processing Fees: All initial registration and administrative fees are non-refundable, as they cover the immediate costs of profile evaluation, document processing, and consultation services rendered.
- Third-Party Admissions & Placement: Edubravia Abroad acts as an intermediary. Final decisions regarding admissions or employment contracts rest solely with the respective German Universities or Companies. We are not liable for any negative outcomes or rejections from these entities.
- Admission Merit & Eligibility: While we provide expert guidance, admission is not guaranteed. Success is strictly contingent upon the candidate’s academic merit (CGPA), professional experience, language proficiency scores (IELTS/Goethe), and interview performance.
- Post-Graduation Employment: We do not guarantee job placement following the completion of a program. Employment success is determined by the student's individual skill set, German language fluency (typically B2/C1 level), and the prevailing market conditions in Germany.
- Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for the authenticity of all documents provided (APS, Transcripts, Experience letters). Edubravia Abroad is not responsible for legal consequences resulting from forged or inaccurate documentation.
- Visa Processing & Government Delays: Visa approval is the sole discretion of the German Embassy/Consulate. Edubravia Abroad is not responsible for visa rejections or delays caused by government processing times or changes in immigration laws.
- Data Privacy: We are committed to protecting your personal data. Your academic and personal records will be shared only with relevant institutions (Universities/Employers) for the purpose of your application and will not be sold to third parties.
- Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events): Edubravia Abroad is not liable for service disruptions caused by external factors such as global pandemics, geopolitical shifts, or sudden changes in German federal education policies.
